The debut web series of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is scheduled for release in 2025.

On Tuesday, Shah Rukh Khan announced on social media that his son Aryan Khan would be making his first appearance as a creator and director for a Netflix series that will premiere in 2025. It is set against the backdrop of the film business and is produced by Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. "The series combines a high-stakes plot with self-aware humor, featuring blockbuster cameos and larger-than-life characters for an unforgettable, tongue-in-cheek take on Indian cinema," the creators said in a press release.

"We are thrilled to present this new series with Netflix that offers a refreshing look into the glamorous cinematic world and what it takes to succeed as an outsider," Shah Rukh Khan said in a statement. Aryan, a number of driven individuals, and the Red Chillies Entertainment team have brought this original story to reality. There will be a lot of entertainment, emotion, and hustling in this one.

"We are excited to collaborate with Red Chillies Entertainment once more — this time for a very special series, directed by Aryan Khan," said Monika Shergill, VP-Content at Netflix India. With his audacious and energetic directing style, Aryan has produced a genuinely unique and utterly captivating work. This will be the sixth joint venture between Netflix and Red Chillies Entertainment, following Darlings, Bhashak, Class of '83, Betaal, and Bard of Blood.
