The Aadujeevitham background score by AR Rahman is the winner of the Hollywood Music in Media Awards.

The 2024 edition of Hollywood Music in Media Awards has honoured AR Rahman's background score for the Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer Aadujeevitham in the category Independent Film (Foreign Language). Blessy, who received it on behalf of Rahman at the ceremony held in Los Angeles, announced the news through his Instagram handle.

Rahman states, "It's an amazing honor to receive this award for the best score for a foreign language film, The Goat Life," in the video that Blessy posted. I am really appreciative that the score was recognized by the Hollywood Music in Media Awards. In addition to the statement, Rahman states, "This project was a labour of love, and I share this moment with my amazing team of musicians and technicians, director Blessy, and everyone who believed in the vision we brought to life."

Rahman added, "Ella pugazhum iraivanukke (All praise/glory is to God)," and praised his "fans and supporters worldwide" for their "unwavering love and inspiration." An accurate predictor of future Oscar winners is the HMMA Awards. The film, which is based on Benyamin's book of the same name, chronicles the survival of Najeeb, a Malayali expat who is stranded in Saudi Arabia. It features Jimmy Jean-Louis, KR Gokul, and Amala Paul in addition to Prithviraj Sukumaran. 'Periyone,' another song in Rahman's composition for The Goat Life, is the pulsating core of Najeeb's unwavering optimism despite extreme hardship.
