Lost Ladies: Laapataa Ladies, directed by Kiran Rao, has a new title now in 2025

 After being chosen as India's official submission to the Oscars 2025, Kiran Rao's Laapataa Ladies will now be referred to as Lost Ladies as it makes its worldwide debut. To launch their Academy Awards campaign, the filmmakers presented a new poster. Key characters from the movie appear in the poster in an oddball way, providing an insight into its lighthearted universe. "Sometimes you have to lose your way to find yourself," is a quote that appears on the poster.

The film, which was directed by Kiran, tells the tale of two young, newlywed women who are traded to each other's husbands while traveling by train.
