Fire Teaser: Balaji Murugadoss portrays a sextortionist.

 The teaser video for Fire, directed by J Sathish Kumar, was released by the film's producers on Wednesday. The focus of the story is a mysterious chiropractor named Kasi (Balaji Murugadoss), who is accused of tricking multiple women into having sex with him under false pretenses of marriage. The police investigation followed the teaser, which features other women sharing their accounts of Kasi. For those who don't know, the plot might have been influenced by the 2020 Nagercoil Kasi case. Kasi had a bad reputation as an exortionist. He extorted lakhs of dollars from the victims by filming intimate movies with more than 100 women in precarious situations. He was found to have exploited more than 120 women, according to the prosecution, and police seized 400 recordings and nearly 1,900 pornographic images from him.

In addition to Chandini Tamilarasan, Sakshi Agarwal, Gayathri Shan, Rachitha Mahalakshmi, Singampuli, and Suresh Chakravarthi, the film is produced by Sathish Kumar's JSK Film Corporation.
