insulin level increases due to the high amount of white flour present in the

another healthy food diabetics should stay away from. Having a cup of hot black
coffee sans sugar is a better option.

affect the insulin levels of a diabetic. This is one of the many foods a
diabetic must avoid at any cost.
Chinese Foods
High-calorie, high fat, high-sodium, and high-carb Chinese food dishes
can spike blood sugar. Consuming chinese food once in a way is okay but not on
a regular basis.

A fruit smoothie sounds like healthy refreshment for you and me, but it
can be a sugary disaster if you have diabetes. Opt for a fresh low calorie and
non sugar type of fruit juice.
