The Early Warning Signs of Heart Attack
The heart is in the centre of the chest, not on the left, as
many believe. The most common sign of the heart attack is discomfort in the
centre, just under the tie. This is not usually a sharp, jabbing pain, but a
sesation of pressure, fullness, squeezing or aching. It is caused by a lack of
oxygen in the heart muscle, and may be mild, moderate or severe. Heart pain
often occurs in the combination of patterns, most commonly chest and arm pain,
chest and neck jaws or pain in all these areas.
