                                You cannot do anything in Australia since you are not qualified! mbbs has been phased out - Australia is now on MD system. mbbs does not meet requirements for a bachelor's degree program which includes all sciences & other prerequisite premed courses from an Australian university, so you cannot apply for admission to Australian medical schools. Furthermore, Australia no longer has enough hospital residency positions for all the Australians earning MD degrees from Australian medical schools.

Apparently you are an Indian citizen? You can ONLY work in India now anymore. NO needs for foreign doctors in US, Canada, Australia, UK, EU, etc. And you're not qualified, not licensed, so even if you had some way to legally immigrate with authorization to work, you could not practice medicine or go for training in any of these countries.

Note that tens of thousands of Indians who previously earned their bachelor's + MD degrees in other countries have returned to India over the past couple of years due to the lack of job opportunities for them in these foreign countries!
