Former heroine of Ajith and Vijay to make a comeback

Moodar Koodam directed by Naveen earned favorable response from movie lovers. The director would now be producing a film tilted Kolanji under the banner White Shadows Production, and directed by Dhanaraj Saravanan who was his former associate.

The film has completed 50% of the shooting and the remaining half is expected to be shot in Rasipuram. Kolanji is said to be a romantic family drama and the crew is planning to wrap the talkie portions by mid April after which they would be shooting two songs.

Kolanji has Rajaji as hero and Naina Sarwar as his lady lead with Samuthirakani playing a pivotal role. Sanghavi, who had teamed with Ajith and Vijay in their early years in films like Amaravathi, Rasigan and Coimbatore Maapillai to name some, will be making her comeback after a hiatus.

Music is scored by Natarajan Sankaran and Vijay of Marina and Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga fame is the cinematographer.
