HOW TO MAKE BISCUIT

INGERIDIENTS:

1) Flour - 150gms.
2) Sugar -50gms.
3) Butter -100 gms.
4) Coco Powder -10 gms.
5) Pinch of salt.

METHOD:

1. Creams, butter and sugar. Add the flour and salt make smooth paste.Take 3/4 of paste.
2. Shape into long roll and cool well.
3. Mix the coco powder in the remaining paste cool and roll out thinly.
4. Enclose the white roll in the chocolate rolled paste.
5. Put it into a cool place and finally cut into thin slices and place cutting side down on the baking sheet.
6. Bake till light and golden brown colour.
