Lemon is served with meat dishes. We hv seen that in a lot of restaurants. And we do that at home too. Y do v serve lemon with meat dishes??? Is it to jus enhance the flavour of meat??? Or is there much more to it????  Well yess. Meat items likes mutton, beef, liver etc r very rich in iron. The iron in meat is absorbed quicker by our body than the iron in vegetables. And lemon acts as a booster which helps our body to absorb the maximum amount of iron present in the meat dishes.. Iron is very important to our body. So now v know y v use lemon with meat.. LET'S START SQUEEZING
